Ecstatic Dance is a freeform conscious dance, held in a safe and sacred container, in which you can move/dance however you wish, no specific steps required.
The dance has several “waves” of intensity, from strong and expressive to silent and meditative. Unleash yourself and find the joy of free body expression. Allow the music to take you on a magical journey.

As soon as you enter the space, you will be carefully guided into the experience. You are invited to let go of expectations and allow yourself to feel, express and dance through your emotions and sensations in body, mind, and spirit. Trust in the journey and move through everything that arises.

It is a safe space to express yourself while following 3 guidelines:

– We dance barefoot
 This allows us to connect more fully with the ground (socks are ok)
– We dance without words
We use only body language, this makes it easier to be in a meditative state.
– We dance as we are
No drugs/alcohol, no phones, no camera/video, etc.
Just be yourself; with respect for ourselves, space, and one another.

Additionally, the 8th of August 2021 is a very special date, a New Moon:
As a new moon represents the start of a new lunar cycle, it symbolizes new beginnings. We will use the dance to reflect on the past month and set new intentions.
The 8th day of the 8th month of the year represents a particularly significant date. While the Sun is in its home sign Leo, we experience a specific alignment between the Earth and the fixed star Sirius that activates what is known as the Lion’s Gate. As a Zodiac Sign, Leo is associated with the heart center and represents the individualized expression of the Divine.
The Lions Gateway energy is all about more fully awakening your Divine Light and embodying Divinity within a physical form.

Ecstatic Dance es una danza consciente de forma libre, que se lleva a cabo en un espacio seguro y sagrado, en el que puedes moverte / bailar como quieras, sin necesidad de pasos específicos.
La danza tiene varias “ondas” de intensidad, desde fuertes y expresivas hasta silenciosas y meditativas. Dé rienda suelta y encuentre la alegría de la expresión corporal libre. Deja que la música te lleve a un viaje mágico.

Tan pronto como ingrese al espacio, lo guiarán cuidadosamente hacia la experiencia. Estás invitado a dejar de lado las expectativas y permitirte sentir, expresar y bailar a través de tus emociones y sensaciones en cuerpo, mente y espíritu. Confía en el viaje y muévete por todo lo que surja.Es un espacio seguro para expresarse siguiendo 3 pautas:
– Bailamos descalzos
Esto nos permite conectarnos más completamente con el suelo (los calcetines están bien)
– Bailamos sin palabras
Usamos solo el lenguaje corporal, esto hace que sea más fácil estar en un estado meditativo.
– Bailamos como somos
Sin drogas / alcohol, sin teléfonos, sin cámara / video, etc.
Solo sé tu mismo; con respeto por nosotros mismos, el espacio y los demás.

Además, el 8 de agosto de 2021 es una fecha muy especial, una Luna Nueva:
Como una luna nueva representa el comienzo de un nuevo ciclo lunar, simboliza nuevos comienzos. Usaremos el baile para reflexionar sobre el mes pasado y establecer nuevas intenciones.
El octavo día del octavo mes del año representa una fecha particularmente significativa. Mientras el Sol está en su signo de origen, Leo, experimentamos una alineación específica entre la Tierra y la estrella fija Sirio que activa lo que se conoce como la Puerta del León. Como signo del zodíaco, Leo está asociado con el centro del corazón y representa la expresión individualizada de la Divinidad.
La energía de Lions Gateway se trata de despertar más plenamente su Luz Divina y encarnar la Divinidad dentro de una forma física.
